CEIOPS organised this year its 6th Annual Conference. This is the last conference to be organised under CEIOPS aegies as starting 2011, the Level 3 Committee will transform into the new European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority.
The Annual Conference is a key part of CEIOPS policy of transparency and consultation as it provided an excellent opportunity for insurance and occupational pensions supervisors to present stakeholders with current news and views. In turn, supervisors have had a prime occasion to collect feedback directly from relevant stakeholders on all issues raised.
The 2010 CEIOPS Conference was a
unique opportunity for more than 320 attendants to exchange views
and gain comprehensive knowledge as to the future of the insurance and occupational pensions businesses.
