EIOPA will hold a public event on the correction to the Commission's Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2450 with regard to the templates for the submission of information to the supervisory authorities and Commission's Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2452 with regard to the procedures, formats and templates of the solvency and financial condition report (ITS on Reporting and ITS on Disclosure). The draft amendments of ITS on Reporting and ITS on Disclosure are currently under consultation.
Together with the ITS on Reporting and ITS on Disclosure, the consultation package includes one correction to EIOPA's Guidelines on Financial Stability Reporting and new validations to be applied to the information submitted by reporting entities under the ITS on Reporting. The validations will be embedded in the XBRL taxonomy version 2.3.0 to be published in July 2018.
Objective
The objective of the public event is to announce the timeline and explain the process of the proposed amendments and corrections on ITS on Reporting and Disclosure. The event offers participants the opportunity to meet and exchange views with EIOPA, national supervisors, and other stakeholders from across Europe.
